As I was in the process of transformation I struggled with How would people perceive me if I changed?

People that have known me a long time, they knew me a certain way.

What would they think?
What would my family think?

Would they think I was being weird?

Or fake?

I really struggled with being perceived as fake because I value my authenticity so much & showing up real.

So those fears sort of kept me playing small in the area of personal transformation.

I had a lot to transform. There were things about myself that went against the grain of creating long term & lasting success. Those things blocked me from receiving my truest hearts desires, the ones placed in my heart to experience & express in this lifetime.

So I had to change in order to have them.

I didn’t have a choice.

It was either my small stories or my dreams.

I chose my dreams.

And it wasn’t always easy.

It required refinement, struggle, perseverance & resilience. It also required faith & trust in God. But I was willing. Willing to see things differently & to change.

Your 3D world is a direct reflection of how your inner world is doing. If you have desires that are not yet manifest on the physical plane that means you’ve got some things to clean up in your vibration & field in order to bring them in.

It’ll require some work on your end…But it’s so worth it. To have your dreams made manifest to picture that rapturous smile on your face? ah can you feel it…the very thing you desire?

That’s why I do what I do, to show you the way through your shadows to your desires. Unshakable You is open for enrollment to help you on the journey to your deepest transformation! I’m so excited for this round!

The work I do is truly a gift, & I’m really beginning to see this on a whole new level.

When a woman is not in her power, when she doesn’t have confidence, when she’s not in her abundance, when she second guesses herself, when she doesn’t know her worth, when she’s afraid to be her because she’s afraid of the opinion of others...that woman leads a very limiting life.

She struggles & she suffers.

The woman who does the work to free herself rises at such a beautiful rapid rate!
She soars!
She’s unstoppable!
She’s magnetic!
She’s radiant!

Life works for this woman.

Most women don’t realize what the problem even is. That’s the thing!
They are struggling & suffering. They don’t know why their dreams aren’t manifesting. They don’t understand why relationships don’t work. They don’t understand why they are anxious.

If I can help to enlighten one woman to the truth of who she is & she doesn’t have to suffer in the lies anymore then I’ve done a great job.

Love, when you show up doubting yourself every one else will too. Your energy precedes you.

It’s slight & subtle

I’ve started things & tried things that were not a fit for me.

I didn’t like doing them & I wasn’t an aligned match to them so I quit doing them.

They didn’t serve my soul at the highest levels & I had to make a decision about my happiness & sanity.

However on my journey to creating my dreams, no matter how hard, or how many obstacles were in my way…I’ve never given up.

I’ve had many moments of doubt & despair.

Moments where I wanted to throw in the towel in what I was doing & despite it being hard I knew my soul was called to do it so I never gave up.

You’ve got to understand that distinction in your body.

There are some things you aren’t meant to do any more & it’s ok to quit doing them

And there are some things your soul is called to do & no matter how hard the journey you are not meant to ever give up.

I encourage you to get super real with yourself
Super transparent
& super honest with yourself.

The deeper you dive the more you can see!

The work is worth it. How you feel creates a vibr

The work is worth it.

How you feel creates a vibration inside you.

That vibration sends a signal to the quantum field

Based upon that vibration is what is reflected back to you from the field.

Your outer world is always an out picture of what is going on inside of you.

So if how you feel is at the center of it all, wouldn’t knowing how to
be with how you feel
move through how you feel
shift how you feel
be some of the most important skills you could ever learn?

You underestimate the power of your emotions & how you feel all the time.

Trying to numb them, disregard them, not trust them, make them wrong, shame them, & look for answers every where else except inside of you.

But it’s you who holds the key.

And being willing to do the work of your emotions is the work that will change everything for you!

We all love the magic of manifesting, but what we love more is being able to hold & celebrate our manifestations & then compound upon them.

But when we don’t have the feeling skills to create & manifest our desires & the emotional skills to hold it all together once it does come then that creates disappointment & heartache.

The skills of handling your emotions are what give you the ability to hold & not sabotage your manifestations.

These are all learned.

If no one taught you when you were a kid you don’t know how.

I know for me when I was a kid I felt like a burden when I asked for something I desired. So I learned to shut off desires & take what I got. I learned to play small.

The work is unlearning all of that. And unlearning that is a practice until it becomes you. This is why my Course Unshakable You is so effective. You learn the skills, the work, & then you practice is daily with the support of me & others inside the course. You learn to embody new emotions, new feelings & a new frequency. This creates a new point of attraction & a completely new way of life.

And it’s ok…There’s a lot doing it wrong. I did it wrong for so long. But I’ve been willing to walk the path to figure it out.

Anyway yes I’m an empath. And I sense other peoples energy, I absorb their emotions & in the past had a hard time knowing what was mine & what wasn’t.

It took getting to know myself so intimately before I was able to disorder what was mine & what wasn’t.

For those of us intuitive types we’ve got to do the inner work. When you do & clear your channels you elevate so high in frequency.

You came here for growth, expansion & ascension.

You came here for growth, expansion & ascension.

Your soul chose the earth plane for a specific mission.

Once here you get to choose to get on the path or not, because you have free will.

If you choose to get on the path of your mission you’ll be met with detours, road blocks, obstacles things in the way that challenge you.

Your desires are on the other side of these things.

These are the things on your vision board, the things put in your heart from childhood, you dream about these things, you wish for them & you ask for them.

There are also things that caused you great pain & you swore to correct as you got older. Maybe there were tons of negative programs around money for you as you grew up. Maybe loving relationships were not modeled to you & you struggle finding partnership.

Well those things are meant to cause you to grow into the highest & best version of yourself.

Because Love you are simply amazing & meant to have it all!
